***Open to all LPNs, RNs, and RNPs currently practicing in the nursing profession.***

Nurses give to others constantly, yet rarely prioritize their own care. This retreat offers a sacred space to restore energy, nurture well-being, and reconnect with the soul of the woman behind the nurse.

Through gentle practices, reflection, and soulful connection, you’ll be invited to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with your true essence.

Your all-inclusive weekend includes:

•Yin Yoga
•Meditation
•Journaling
•Yoga Nidra
•Sound Healing
•Nature Walks
•Healing Touch
•Soul Card Reading
•Creative Workshop
•Simple foods (prepared in your cabin)

YOUR PRIVATE RUSTIC CABIN INCLUDES:
•Single bed, rocking chair, lamp, wood stove and / or electric baseboard heater, kettle and hot plate.

•Toilets and showers are located in an adjacent heated building with hot water.

WHAT TO BRING:
•Sleeping bag and pillow
•Personal effects (toiletries, kleenex, towel, facecloth, flashlight)
•Clothing for all weather conditions
•Yoga mat, cushion and blanket (and other yoga props if you have them - blocks, strap, eye pillow. etc.)
•Journal & pen
•Water bottle

TOTAL INVESTMENT: $425 Early Bird Price. After June1st: $475.

Price includes facilitated weekend, private cabin, and simple foods.

$150 non-refundable deposit required to reserve your place. Balance due before November 13th, 2026.

In case of cancellation, your deposit will only be refunded if your spot is filled.
