This retreat offers a sacred space to restore energy, nurture well-being, and reconnect with the soul of the woman behind the nurse. Through gentle practices, reflection, and soulful connection, you’ll be invited to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with your true essence. Your all-inclusive weekend includes: •Yin Yoga •Meditation •Journaling •Yoga Nidra •Sound Healing •Nature Walks •Healing Touch •Soul Card Reading •Creative Workshop •Simple foods (prepared in your cabin) YOUR PRIVATE RUSTIC CABIN INCLUDES: •Single bed, rocking chair, lamp, wood stove and / or electric baseboard heater, kettle and hot plate. •Toilets and showers are located in an adjacent heated building with hot water.
